Nous &amp;#233;tions 11! Mais ma bavaroise manquait un peu de gout…J’ai prépare la framboise pépin pour napper le gâteau. .. De coup en réfléchissant les couleurs ivoire de bavaroise et le rouge de framboise, une idée de décoration arrive dans ma tête. Avec chocolat noir. Il va ajouter un autre gout et le décor avec le mouvement.Voici mon gâteau d’anniversaire. Il y avait une scène pour pic nique. J’explique que c’est « BENTO ». Je veux « BENTO » !&lt;br /&gt;Voici le déjeuner façon « BENTO ». « Onigiri » (boulette du riz) avec la prune salée et petits poissons séchés. Haricots verts. « Mushi pain » aux épinard et saucisse. Mais, il n’aimait pas la prune salée. /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/p&gt;今日は、ギャラリーラファイエットの屋上のレストランでランチ。&lt;br /&gt;今、ロランガロスにちなんで、テニスコートや売店が設置されている。&lt;br /&gt;でも、それよりここからの眺めは結構オススメ。&lt;br /&gt;オペラ座を正面にエッフェル塔。&lt;p&gt;12時ちょっと過ぎだったのですんなり席へ。&lt;br /&gt;ここはKono Fumikoさんがメニュー監修のレストラン。&lt;br /&gt;それだけあって、和の素材をつかったものもちらほら。&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;上はわたしが頼んだフォッカチャ。&lt;br /&gt;下はオリビエのお好み焼き。&lt;br /&gt;普通のお好み焼きを考えてたので、これを見て、うーん。&lt;br /&gt;パンケーキ？&lt;br /&gt;なかなか足を運ぶことなく、そのままに。&lt;br /&gt;なんて、わすれかけているところに、ギャラリー　ラファイエットの文房具売り場で発見！&lt;br /&gt;なんと、今日入荷して飾ったばかりなの、とコーナーのひとが自慢げに。&lt;br /&gt;これ、日本から来てるんですよね。って言うと、&lt;br /&gt;あら、そうなの？と。&lt;br /&gt;その他に、ハードタイプのAbondanceとBethmalと言うのを買ってみた。&lt;br /&gt;どっちも、ちょっと個性の強い、しっかりしたチーズ。こくのある赤ワインと一緒に食べたら、とっても美味でした。&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;また、なにかあたらしいチーズを発見しにお店に遊びにいってみよう。&lt;div /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;ちょっと前から、話題のパティスリー。Patisserie des rêves。&lt;br /&gt;少し前、フランスのテレビのパティスリー特集の番組にでもでていた、&lt;br /&gt;１６区のお店。&lt;br /&gt;今更ながら行ってきました。&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;話題通り、かわいいインテリアと、ユニークなお菓子達。&lt;br /&gt;年明け最初のレストランは、大森由紀子先生と一緒にブリストル。&lt;br /&gt;なんだか美味しい物で始まるいい年になりそう！&lt;br /&gt;デザートの後にカフェと一緒に運ばれてきたプチフールのワゴン。&lt;br /&gt;その中に、ガレット　デ　ロワも！&lt;br /&gt;デザートは食べちゃったけど、やっぱり食べずにはいられない。&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/p&gt;ニューヨークに旅行に行って来たフランス人の友達が話していたスター &lt;br /&gt;バックスのレモンケーキ。&lt;br /&gt;旦那様がとっても気に行って滞在中なんども食べていたそう。&lt;br /&gt;気になってインターネットで調べれば、結構人気商品らしい。&lt;br /&gt;日本のは小さなパウンド型で、グラッさージュも火を通して透明でつやや &lt;br /&gt;か。一方アメリカとフランスでは、大きくやいたもののスライスで、白い &lt;br /&gt;ままのグラッさージュ。フランスと日本のには芥子のみがプラスされ、食 &lt;br /&gt;感に変化を。&lt;br /&gt;さて、早速食べてみる。ふむふむ、しっとりして酸味もちゃんとあり美味 &lt;br /&gt;しい！これだけしっとりならバターたっぷりレシピかな？なんておもいな &lt;br /&gt;がらあっという間に食べてしまった。&lt;br /&gt;今度自分でもつくってみよう！&lt;div class="blogger-post-footer"&gt;&lt;img width='1' height='1'
